Shipping & Returns
Acedesignsonline.com.au currently has a standard shipping rate of $11.00 per order to just about anywhere in mainland Australia (inc TAS).
Overseas shipping is available by quotation.
Please allow up to 10 working days for all orders to be delivered from time of placement (usally 2-4 working days).
For orders with decoration, please allow 10 working days from approval of artwork.
Acedesignsonline.com.au uses a combination of courier services for our shipping requirements.
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

Before finalising your order with us, please ensure that you have confirmed all details are correct and accurate including the sizing,
colour choice and quantity.
Before adding an item to your cart, please review the sizing chart which is located within the Product Description or alternatively
refer to the Size Chart page which can be located from the banner at the top of each page.
If the product does not have a chart or you are having difficulty working out your size, please contact us for advice.

We do not accept returns for incorrect size, colour or code that is ordered, so please order carefully to ensure your order is as required.
The benefit of our online store is that we offer a large range of products; this is because we sell items from various suppliers which means size can vary between items. Please note that the colour of the items may vary slightly dependent on the settings on your monitor. Please select carefully as we do not exchange or credit items based on slight colour variations. In this regard, please contact us if you have any queries.
As detailed above we do not return items based on incorrect sizing,colour or code that is ordered – please ensure you check cart items before processing payment.
Please contact us if the items you have purchased do not completely satisfy, as we will require your information to complete a Credit/Refund Form.
All returns must be either faulty or not as advertised for a full refund or exchange.
If you are dissatisfied with an item/s you have purchased based on a miscalculation on the consumers end,
there will be a restocking fee of 12% of the total cost of the item being returned or $15, whichever is greater,
this is to offset the fees which we incur from suppliers if we need to return goods.
For a refund or exchange, you must notify the returns department within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Please note where an item is being returned for replacement or exchange (unless the goods are faulty or sent incorrectly)
the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the case where an item may be considered faulty or sent in error we will reimburse return shipping upon inspecting the item concerned.
We will process your return within 7 days of receipt, though it may take longer for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please provide your email address, and we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.
Please securely pack any returned items, and ensure to include the invoice/packing slip.
Incorrectly Supplied Goods
Our Despatch Team endeavour to ensure all goods are picked accurately and supplied to you as ordered, however, on the rare occasion
the goods supplied are not as ordered, please notify us immediately.
We will send you the replacement goods as soon as possible after the returned goods are received.
At Acedesignsonline.com.au we pride ourselves on supplying exceptional garments to Australia’s workforce and the public,
so if for any reason you have a concern about our products please bring this to our attention immediately.
Upon consultation with the supplier/manufacturer and the staff here at Onlineworkwear.com.au, ifa product is found to be faulty,
we will issue a full refund or a replacement item.
This may take 7-10 days as a third party may be involved in the assessment.
We do not accept any responsibility for items damaged by the end consumer or courier.
